Sosa Dzignz operates as a print-on-demand company. We create unique products only after you order. We don’t accept returns or exchanges for incorrectly ordered size, color, or changed minds.

For damaged products or manufacturing errors, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll provide a free reprint or refund. Email us at sosa.dzignz@gmail.com and send a clear photo of the issue. No need to return the damaged item.

Refunds go to your Sosa Dzignz account balance. You can withdraw this to your original payment method. If your billing currency isn’t USD, we’ll refund directly to the original source.

For issues affecting multiple products with the same design, submit a photo or video showing all affected items in one frame.

We don’t offer reprints or refunds for wrong size or color orders. For unsuccessful deliveries, choose a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, we allow a 1″ tolerance for print placement; minor variations aren’t considered defects.
